REFUND POLICY

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: info@blackseriesgala.com. Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of the cancellation as follows:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the event of cancellation or postponement by Black Series, attendees will be notified and given the option of a full refund or a transfer of registration to a rescheduled date.

Delegate attendance at the Black Series - Gala & Networking Party is by invitation only, limited to qualified titles (usually Groundbreaking Entrepreneurs such as Investor, Founder, Chairman, Vice Chairman, CEO and President from continental headquarters) and is at the discretion of Black Series.

The gala participation fee of US$300 net of taxes. Fee does not include travel and accommodation costs.
